Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for a smooth mixture.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can substitute with whipped topping.
  • Green food coloring Add until desired color is achieved.

Crust

  • Graham cracker crumbs Press down lightly to hold together.

Toppings

  • Red candy hearts or edible decorations Add before serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently until well mixed.
  • Place mini muffin liners in a muffin tin and fill with a layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Once chilled, top with red candy hearts or decorations before serving.

Notes

Keep mini cheesecakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to one month.
