  • 4 pieces potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Can substitute with rosemary or oregano.
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Start by placing the beef stew meat and diced potatoes into the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic butter, salt, pepper, dried thyme, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until blended.
  • Pour this mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
