Preparation

  • Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Stir in honey and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a slight simmer.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing well to coat in the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Be sure not to overcook the chicken; it should be golden brown and cooked through, but still juicy. Adjust the amount of honey and lemon juice to your taste. If you like it sweeter, add more honey; for more tang, add extra lemon juice. Using fresh garlic will enhance the flavor, but you can also use garlic powder in a pinch.
