  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Filling and Toppings

  • 1 scoop Soft ice cream (your choice of flavor) Mix and match flavors.
  • to taste Toppings (fruits, chocolate sauce, sprinkles, etc.) Feel free to get creative.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Cooking

  • Preheat your bubble waffle maker.
  • Pour the batter into the maker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until it's crispy and golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the waffle and fill it with soft ice cream.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover waffle batter in the fridge for up to a day. Cooked waffles can be kept in an airtight container for a few hours at room temperature.
