  • 1 tbsp Butter Used for cooking the corn mixture.
  • 3-4 tbsp Kewpie mayo Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tsp sugar Enhances sweetness.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Sprinkle on top for melting.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, Kewpie mayo, and sugar.

Cooking

  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the corn mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the corn mixture.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt to perfection.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Korean Corn Cheese can be served hot as a snack or side dish. It pairs well with grilled meats or can be enjoyed on its own. Adding a sprinkle of chopped green onions on top can enhance its look and flavor. Use fresh corn if possible for a sweeter taste, but canned or frozen works great too.
