For creamy base

  • 1 cup mayo or Greek yogurt You can also use sour cream.

For freshness

  • 1 cup chopped celery Add any other veggies that you have.
  • 1 onion, chopped Optional.
  • 1 handful spinach Optional.

For flavor

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese Feta cheese can also be used.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Optional.
  • to taste hot sauce To spice it up.
  • to taste Old Bay seasoning If you’re feeling fancy.

For bulk

  • 4 tortillas for wraps Or use leftover pasta or rice.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grab a big bowl and toss in your cooked chicken.
  • Chop up any veggies and add them to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle your favorite cheese over the mixture.
  • Mix in a sauce or dressing of your choice and stir until everything is well coated.
  • If it looks too dry, add more creamy substance; if too soupy, toss in breadcrumbs or rice.

Cooking

  • To crisp it up, layer your mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top, then bake until golden.
  • Alternatively, place the mixture into tortilla wraps and crisp them in a skillet.
  • You can also stuff mixture into bell peppers or on baked potatoes.

Notes

You can meal-prep these recipes a day or two in advance. For storage, keep extras separate like lettuce to avoid sogginess. Remember, cooked chicken lasts about 3 days in the fridge or can be frozen for later use.
