Brownie Layer

  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled Use store-bought brownies for a quick option.

Cheesecake Mixture

  • 1.5 cups cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature.
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.

Toppings

  • 0.5 cups chocolate ganache Drizzle over the top.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled brownies to form a layer at the bottom of each cup.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in each cup.
  • Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top.
  • Add caramel layers if desired and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Garnish with extra chocolate drizzle or crushed nuts for decoration. Store leftover cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
