Ingredients
  

Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup ripe mango Fresh or canned can be used.
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1 pinch cardamom Adds a nice flavor.

No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted For the crust.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Mango Mousse

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 packet gelatin or agar-agar Bloom as per instructions.

Mango Sticky Rice

  • 1 cup glutinous rice Steamed.
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar To sweeten the coconut sauce.
  • 1 medium mango, sliced To serve with the rice.

Mango Ice Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped to soft peaks.
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup mango puree

Mango Cake

  • 1 batter basic sponge batter Prepare as per your favorite recipe.
  • 1 cup mango chunks or puree
  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping.
  • 1 medium fresh mango slices For garnish.

Instructions
 

Mango Lassi

  • Blend ripe mango, plain yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and a pinch of cardamom until smooth.
  • Serve chilled or freeze into molds for popsicles.

No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pan for the crust.
  • Beat cream cheese with whipped cream, sugar, and mango puree until smooth.
  • Pour over the crust and chill for 4–6 hours before serving.

Mango Mousse

  • Whip mango puree with whipped cream until combined.
  • Bloom gelatin or agar-agar in cold water, then fold it into the mixture.
  • Let the mousse set in the fridge until firm.

Mango Sticky Rice

  • Steam the glutinous rice until cooked.
  • Mix warm cooked rice with a sweet coconut sauce made of coconut milk and sugar.
  • Serve with sliced mango on top.

Mango Ice Cream

  • Whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
  • Fold in condensed milk and mango puree until well combined.
  • Freeze until firm, stirring once or twice for a softer texture.

Mango Cake

  • Fold mango chunks or puree into a basic sponge batter.
  • Bake and cool before topping with whipped cream and fresh mango slices.

Notes

Use ripe, fragrant mangoes for best flavor. Adjust sweetness as mangoes vary.
