Prepare the Berries:

  • Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Whip the Cream:

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes on high speed.

Combine with Sweetened Condensed Milk:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt for balance.
