M&M's Ferrero Oreo Cake Roll

Ingredients
  

Cake Base

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whole milk

Filling and Toppings

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 6 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 3 pieces Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + cream)
  • 1/4 cup mini M&M’s
  • 2 pieces Ferrero Rocher, halved
  • Extra Oreo crumbs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the 4 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Mix in 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Sift together 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Fold these dry ingredients gently into the egg mixture.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup whole milk until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cake springs back lightly.

Filling and Assembling

  • While the cake is still warm, lift the parchment and roll the cake into a log. Let it cool completely rolled up.
  • Whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1/4 cup Nutella, the crushed 6 Oreos, and the chopped 3 Ferrero Rocher to make the filling.
  • Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling evenly, then roll the cake back up tightly.
  • Drizzle 1/2 cup chocolate ganache over the top. Decorate with 1/4 cup mini M&M’s, the 2 Ferrero Rocher halves, and extra Oreo crumbs.
  • Chill the roll for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the roll before slicing to achieve clean cuts. You can substitute Nutella with peanut butter or use crushed Biscoff cookies for a different flavor. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra indulgence.
