  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard Adjust based on taste preferences.
  • 2 tbsp honey Add more for sweetness if desired.
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika Add more for a spicier kick.
  • to taste fresh parsley for garnish For garnish before serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Take the kielbasa sausage and slice it crosswise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Generously brush the mustard mixture over the kielbasa bites, ensuring they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the kielbasa bites in the greased baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
  • Once done, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftover kielbasa bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to get them warm and slightly crispy again. These bites can also be served with crusty bread or fresh vegetables and various dipping sauces.
