  • 100 g melted butter

For the Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter Approximately 250g
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Approximately 125g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Approximately 120ml

For the Chocolate Topping

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Approximately 120ml

Optional Toppings

  • Mini chocolate pieces
  • Drizzled peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix the crushed chocolate cookies with the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

Peanut Butter Filling

  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add heavy cream while whisking until the filling is creamy and soft.
  • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.

Chocolate Layer

  • In a heatproof bowl over a lightly simmering water bath (double boiler), melt dark chocolate with heavy cream until smooth and glossy.
  • Allow it to cool slightly, then pour it over the peanut butter layer.

Decoration and Setting

  • Add your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, peanut butter drizzle, chopped nuts, or mini peanut butter cups.
  • Refrigerate the pie for 2–4 hours until fully set and the layers are firm.

Notes

Use good-quality chocolate for rich flavor, and whip the peanut butter filling longer for creaminess. Make sure the chocolate layer is warm but not hot before pouring over the filling.
