Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for the best texture.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.

For the Chocolate Topping

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk Used to make ganache.

For Assembly

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts Optional, for garnish.

Instructions

Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
  • Add the softened cream cheese and continue beating until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to keep it light and fluffy.
  • Spoon the peanut butter filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.

Make the Chocolate Ganache Topping

  • In a medium bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk. Heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and let the ganache cool slightly before pouring over the peanut butter layer.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped peanuts, whipped cream, chocolate curls, or caramel drizzle if desired.

Notes

For extra peanut flavor, lightly toast chopped peanuts before garnishing. To cut clean slices, dip a knife in hot water between cuts.
