Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 24 pieces Oreos, crushed Finely crushed for better binding
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted Helps to bind the crushed Oreos

For the mousse

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Beat until smooth to avoid lumps
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust based on preference
  • 2 cups Whipped cream Fold gently for a light texture
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract For added flavor
  • 1 cup Additional whipped cream For topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter to create the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  • Pour cheesecake mousse over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Top with additional whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, chill the cake overnight. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. It can also be frozen for up to 1 month. Serve chilled with berries or whipped toppings for added flavor.
