Constructing the Base

  • Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor until uniform.
  • Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into a springform pan, packing it tightly with the bottom of a flat glass.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to lock the butter.

The Art of the Filling

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and hazelnut spread until smooth.
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.

Setting the Cheesecake

  • Spread the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Finishing Touches

  • Warm the hazelnut spread in the microwave until pourable.
