Servings 18 clusters (depending on size)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional, for smoother chocolate melting
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and thickened.

Add Pretzels

  • Fold in the broken pretzel pieces until everything is evenly coated in the peanut butter mixture.

Form the Clusters

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Shape gently into small mounds.

Melt the Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.

Top with Chocolate

  • Drizzle or spoon the melted chocolate over each cluster. Add a light sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor contrast, if desired.

Chill

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm and set.
