No Bake Twix Cheesecake Slice

A rich and indulgent no-bake cheesecake that combines layers of caramel, creamy cheesecake, and silky chocolate ganache, reminiscent of a Twix bar.

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 250 g shortcake biscuits
  • 75 g unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 500 g full-fat cream cheese Always use full-fat for best texture.
  • 75 g icing sugar
  • 300 ml double or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce or dulce de leche

Chocolate Ganache

  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 ml double or heavy cream

Topping

  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 4 bars Twix-style bars (halal-friendly)

Preparation

  • Crush biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8-inch springform tin and chill for 30-60 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Add double cream and whisk until thick and spreadable. Fold in caramel sauce until fully combined.
  • Spread the caramel cheesecake filling over the chilled biscuit base. Smooth the top and chill for 2 hours until set.
  • Spread caramel sauce over the cheesecake, leaving a small gap around the edge.
  • Heat double cream until steaming, then pour over chopped milk chocolate. Stir until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly, then pour over the caramel layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 more hours or overnight for clean slices.
  • Slice the cheesecake and top each serving with Twix-style bars. Serve chilled for the best texture.

Notes

Chill at least 6 hours total before slicing. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
