For the Cheesecake Cream and Filling

  • 200 g cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons cream or milk Adjust for desired thickness.
  • 1 Fruit of your choice (like banana or strawberry) Fresh fruit works best.

  • to taste Mini Oreo crumbs For garnishing.
  • to taste Powdered sugar For garnishing.

Preparation

  • Start by grinding the Oreos until they become fine like flour.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of milk and knead everything into a soft dough.
  • Roll this dough out into a thin rectangle.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add some cream or milk to make it thinner, if needed.
  • Spread the creamy mixture over your Oreo base.
  • Lay down your choice of fruit in a line at one end of the rectangle.

Rolling and Chilling

  • Using plastic wrap, carefully roll the Oreo dough towards the fruit, forming a log.
  • Once it’s rolled up, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • After chilling, slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Drizzle some melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with mini Oreo crumbs or powdered sugar.
  • Serve this chilled.

Notes

Use fresh fruit for the best flavor and texture. If you need a thicker cheesecake layer, reduce the amount of cream/milk you add. Ensure the sushi rolls chill properly to maintain their shape.
