  • 8 pieces Beef sausages
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sausages in a rectangular aluminum foil container or a baking dish.

Making the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.

Coating and Scattering

  • Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sausages, making sure they are evenly coated. Scatter the sliced onions among the sausages so they can caramelize as they bake.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables, or as a party appetizer with toothpicks. They can also be added to a sandwich or wrap with extra caramelized onions.
