Made from cooked pasta and seasoned to perfection, these golden-brown bites are air-fried or baked to achieve a light, crunchy texture. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked pasta penne, bowtie, or rigatoni work best
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional, for extra flavor
  • Dipping sauces e.g., marinara, pesto, ranch

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

Season the Pasta:

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor, if desired.

Air-Fry or Bake:

  • Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the pasta in a single layer in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the pasta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Cool and Serve:

  • Allow the pasta chips to cool slightly before serving. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
