Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt until well mixed.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt or extra chocolate chips for added flavor.
