Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 cups smooth peanut butter Use smooth peanut butter for a creamy texture.
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8" x 8" pan with foil or parchment paper, leaving some overhang to lift the fudge later.
  • Measure the peanut butter and open the marshmallow creme so they are ready.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar and milk; stir while heating.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it boil for three minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
  • Remove the pan from heat and add the peanut butter and marshmallow creme.
  • Mix well until the fudge is smooth and even.
  • Quickly pour the hot fudge into the prepared pan and spread it smooth.

Chilling

  • Put the pan in the refrigerator and chill until set, about one hour.
  • Lift the fudge from the pan using the foil or paper, then cut into 1-inch squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
