Pickle-Garlic Butter Cuban Inspired Pull-Apart Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:

  • 12- pack Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • ½ lb deli ham thinly sliced
  • ½ lb roasted pork sliced or shredded
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup dill pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

For the Pickle-Garlic Butter:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice from dill pickles
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sliders

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached as a whole sheet.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.

Make the Pickle-Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, pickle juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, and chopped parsley.

Assemble the Sliders

  • Spread yellow mustard evenly on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, and pickle slices.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.

Bake to Perfection

  • Brush the pickle-garlic butter generously over the top of the sliders.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
