  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • Pink food coloring to desired color
  • Pink candy pieces (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring until evenly combined.
  • Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder just until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely.

Making the Cookie Dough

  • In a separate bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy.
  • Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
  • Add heat-treated flour and stir until a soft cookie dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Press the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer.

Finishing Touches

  • Cut into small rounds or squares using a cookie cutter or knife for that bakery-style bite-size look.
  • For the pink glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and pink food coloring until smooth and pourable.
  • Spoon the glaze over each brownie bite, letting it drip down the sides for that glossy dessert-shop finish.
  • Top with pink candies or sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
  • Chill the Pink Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bites for 20 minutes before serving for clean layers and the best texture.

Notes

These brownie bites are best served chilled, allowing the chocolate chip cookie dough and glaze to set perfectly. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator or frozen for up to three months. Ensure they are well-wrapped to prevent freezer burn.
