Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, broccoli, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

You can customize this recipe by using chicken or tofu instead of beef and adding other vegetables like snap peas or baby corn. For extra spice, add red pepper flakes or sriracha.
