Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly set.
  • Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. For added flair, drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle fresh strawberries on top. Store leftover cheesecake bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
