Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped Fresh
  • 1 cup Whipped cream

Taco Shells and Toppings

  • 6 units Taco shells Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in chopped strawberries and whipped cream gently.

Prepare Taco Shells

  • In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter.

Assemble Tacos

  • Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture.
  • Top with crushed graham cracker crumbs and additional strawberries.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These tacos are best served fresh. Arrange them on a nice serving platter and add extra strawberries on the side. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for added flavor. Store leftover filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator, keeping taco shells separate.
