  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cookie Base

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled) Use espresso for a stronger flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder For dusting before serving.
  • 1 package cookies (like Ladyfingers or chocolate cookies) Can use different types of cookies based on preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, dip cookies quickly in the brewed coffee and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
  • Spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookie layer.
  • Repeat the layers (cookies and mascarpone) until the cups are filled, finishing with the mascarpone on top.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Serve Tiramisu Cookie Cups chilled for the best flavor. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.

Notes
