  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparation and Cooking

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add olive oil to the skillet and place the chicken in it.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In the last minute of cooking, add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and lime juice to the skillet.
  • Stir to combine and let the sauce thicken slightly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the tropical flavors!
