Ingredients
  

Cheeses

  • 1 piece Brie cheese For the turkey head
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cubes
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup Pepper jack slices

Meats

  • 1 cup Salami
  • 1 cup Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Turkey slices
  • 1 cup Ham

Crackers & Bread

  • 1 box Crostini
  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1 bag Pretzel crisps
  • 1 loaf Sliced baguette

Fruits & Veggies

  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Apple slices Add lemon juice to prevent browning
  • 1 cup Pears
  • 1 piece Carrot Cut into triangle for turkey beak
  • 1 piece Cucumber

Nuts & Extras

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 jar Fig jam For dipping
  • 1 jar Mustard For dipping
  • 1 bunch Fresh rosemary sprigs For garnish

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • Pick a large round board or platter as your base.
  • Place a small round cheese or a small bowl at the bottom center of the board to form the turkey head.
  • Add candy eyes, a carrot triangle for the beak, and a thin red bell pepper strip for the wattle.
  • Fan sliced meats around the head to form the first layer of feathers.
  • Add semicircles of cheese cubes, crackers, and fruits around the meats.
  • Fill gaps with nuts, dried cranberries, and small extras like mozzarella balls.
  • Add small bowls of fig jam and mustard for dipping.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  • Adjust colors and spacing until the turkey shape reads clearly.

Notes

Cover leftovers tightly with plastic wrap or store in airtight containers for up to 3–4 days. Use contrasting colors to highlight the board.
