Ingredients
  

Burger Patties

  • 2 lbs 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend recommended) For juiciness
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 8 slices 8 slices of cheese (American or cheddar) For melting on patties
  • 8 slices 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, then form into burger patties.

Cooking

  • Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, adding cheese slices on top during the last minute to melt.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden.

Assembly

  • Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the buns and topping with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; aim for 160°F (71°C). Let the patties rest for a few minutes after cooking. Experiment with different cheeses for flavor variations.
