Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the No-Bake Filling

  • 16 oz 16 oz (450 g) full-fat cream cheese, softened Room temperature for best texture.
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon 1 tsp lemon juice (optional) Brightens flavor.
  • 0.75 cup ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold Whipped until stiff peaks form.

Optional Topping Ideas

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit (berries, mango, kiwi) for color
  • 1 cup Fruit coulis or jam swirl
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate shavings or caramel drizzle
  • 0.5 cup Toasted nuts for crunch

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly coated and moistened.
  • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a compact base.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before adding the filling.

Prepare the Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice (if using) and sour cream, continue mixing until silky.
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.

Assemble & Chill

  • Pour the creamy filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.

Add Toppings & Serve

  • Once set, add desired toppings such as fresh fruit or chocolate shavings.
  • Slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Chill thoroughly for the best texture. Warm the knife before slicing for neat slices.
