Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • Food coloring (green, purple, or black) Use gel food coloring for brighter colors.
  • Chocolate syrup (for swirl)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in sour cream until combined.
  • Divide the batter into three bowls. Color one green, one purple, and leave one plain.
  • Pour spoonfuls of each batter color into the pan, alternating to create a swirl effect.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup on top for added decoration and swirl lightly with a knife.

Baking

  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Serving

  • To serve, slice into generous pieces and place on dessert plates.
  • Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup over the top and garnish with whipped cream or Halloween-themed sprinkles.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing to avoid lumps. Experiment with different swirl patterns using a knife for unique designs.
