Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (240g)

Fruits

  • 4 pieces strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (75g)
  • 1 piece banana, sliced
  • 1 piece kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup melon balls or diced melon (80g)

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola (30g)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

Optional Additions

  • to taste honey drizzle
  • to taste chia seeds
  • to taste coconut flakes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spoon the Greek yogurt into two serving bowls and smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
  • Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi, and melon neatly over the yogurt.
  • Add the granola to one side of the bowl for extra crunch.
  • Warm the peanut butter slightly in the microwave to make it easier to drizzle.
  • Spoon or drizzle the peanut butter over the fruit and yogurt.
  • Sprinkle cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Add optional honey, chia seeds, or coconut flakes if desired.
  • Serve the Yogurt Fruit Bowl immediately while fresh.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days for best flavor. Keep granola separate to maintain crunch.
