Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 lime, zest
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, honey, lime zest, and a pinch of salt to create a fresh citrus dressing.
  • Prepare all fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting into bite-sized pieces as needed.

Assembly

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the fruits together.
  • Drizzle the citrus-mint dressing over the fruit and toss lightly to coat.
  • Sprinkle chopped mint on top and serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Notes

Chill fruit and dressing before mixing for a bright, refreshing taste. Add the dressing just before serving to keep fruit from getting soggy.
