  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Preparation

  • In a large pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked tortellini and the remaining butter.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve immediately.
