Ingredients
  

For the cake

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 pieces eggs

For the filling and topping

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted Can be substituted with dark chocolate.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.
  • Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions, adding the eggs.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly, then roll it up in a clean kitchen towel.

Filling

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed Oreos, and whipped cream until smooth.
  • Unroll the cake and spread the Oreo cream filling evenly on the cake.
  • Roll the cake back up without the towel.

Finishing touches

  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate and refrigerate until set.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Make sure to keep it wrapped well to avoid drying out.
